• Can I order multiple copies?

  Yes you may order as many as you like. You will receive a discount for multiple copies of the same book. 10% discount for your second copy 15% discount for your third and subsequent copies.

  PRINZBOOK covers that are currently available include:

  • Woven fabric covers – available in Claret Red, Mirage Blue, Panache White, Primrose Green, Reef Gold, Metallic Bronze, Black Pearl.
  • Spine Covers - Laminated personalised cover allowing you to choose photos and captions

• Satisfaction guarantee policy

  PRINZWORKS guarantees against any manufacturing defect of our PRINZBOOK. Customers may opt for a reproduction of their PRINZBOOK upon receiving their order.

• How long does it take until I receive my PRINZBOOK ?

  Your product will be posted within 7 days

  Turnaround time (Production & Shipping)

  Your PRINZBOOK will be processed and completed within 7 working days. Working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

  Day 0 (Zero) is the day your PRINZBOOK order reaches PRINZWORKS via upload. Day 1 is the following day and Day 5 is the completion and shipping date. PRINZWORKS will send an email to inform you of the status of your purchase. Once your PRINZBOOK order is completed, it will be couriered via Courier Service.
