• Secure Payment

  Credit card transactions with PRINZWORKS takes places in a secure transaction window. Once you have confirmed yo ur purchase details, you will be transferred to the secure transaction window.

• Credit Card payment processor – www.netbuilder.com.my

  netbuilder.com.my is PRINZWORKS appointed on-line credit card payment processor. Please note that Skyline will appear in your credit card for your PRINZBOOK purchase transaction

• Can I cancel my order at any time?

  No. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

• Can I change a layout along the way?

  Yes, you are given the option to change the layout during the creation process. It is also possible to have a different layout for each page of the PRINZBOOK.

• Can the text be moved to a different spot?

  YES. Textboxes can be moved.

• I received my PRINZBOOK but there is a typing/spelling error!

  PRINZWORKS is not responsible for unsatisfactory quality due to spelling, grammar, punctuation, the use of low resolution photos, photo adjustments or template and layout choice. Please review your PRINZBOOK carefully bef ore proceeding with the order as we will print it exactly as you submit it. Ensure that you are completely satisfied with your PRINZBOOK before you UPLOAD. Remember to check:

  • Spelling, grammar and punctuation in all textboxes
  • Side-by-side positioning of images
  • Side-by-side positioning of templates
  • Centering of images within photoboxes
  • Layout design
  • Cropping of images (including cropping out date / time stamps that some cameras put on images)
